(Oral) The present petition is for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order/letter dated 11.04.2018 (Annexure P-4) and for issuance of direction to the respondents not to terminate the service of the petitioner. On notice, a written statement has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and the same is taken on record. In the written statement, it has been stated therein that in the year 2013-14, the department sought application for the appointment of Anganwari Worker in Ward No. 9 from Scheduled Caste category. The petitioner along with other two candidates namely Radha Rani and Neha Rani had also applied for the same. The petitioner was selected.

Lateron, the department had received a complete copy of Civil Suit, which was forwarded by the office of Deputy Commissioner, Yamuna Nagar wherein the plaintiff had made a prayer before the learned Civil Judge that defendant No. 2 be directed to dismiss defendant No. 1(present petitioner) from the post of Anganwari Worker and to appoint plaintiff in her place in view of Gaurav Arora 2018.10.

CWP No. 12332-2018 production of false caste certificate for appointment. On enquiry from Tehsildar Jagadhari regarding the caste certificate at Sr. No. 198 dated 13.06.2008 submitted by the petitioner, it was found that Sr. 198 was on the said Scheduled Caste Certificate and Registered No. was 2911 dated 13.06.2008. As per report received from Tehsildar, Jagadhari, vide letter dated 11.01.2018 (Annexure R-2), as per register record of the office, Sr. No. 2911/MC dated 13.06.2008 has not been issued in the name of the petitioner and there is no record in the office wherein S.C certificate was issued in the name of the petitioner. At this Sr. No. 2911/MC dated 13.06.2008, the certificate has been issued in the name of Chhattar Pal, resident of Village Taprian, Tirath Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar. After going through the written statement, no ground is made out to interfere in the impugned order dated 11.04.2018 (Annexure P-4). The petition stands dismissed.
