**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the bid was furnished by M/s Midha Logistic Service Private Ltd., of which the petitioner is the Managing Director. It was submitted that inadvertently, the present writ petition has been filed by the 'Managing Director i.e. Mr. Parmod Kumar', whereas, it should have been filed by 'M/s Midha Logistic Services Private Ltd. through its Managing Director, Sh. Parmod Kumar'. Therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one on the same cause of action by amending the title of the writ petition.
