AJAY TEWARI, J (ORAL) Petitioner had challenged the action of the respondents in holding interview for the post of Physiotherapist in March 2012 without declaring the result and thereafter re-advertising the post in September 2013.

In the reply, it has been pointed that the Educational Qualification Certificates of the petitioner mentioned only grading and did not mention the marks and thereafter a clarification was sought from the Army Authorities and during this interregnum, because of one of the members of the selection committee having retired, it was decided to have fresh interview.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly stated that in this view of the matter, he does not press this petition but a direction be issued to the respondents to conclude the selection process in any reasonable time. Learned Assistant Advocate General has also accepted this fair stand.

CWP No.21833 of 2013 #2# In these circumstances, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to now finalize the selection process as per their showing within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
