     H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Fresh report by way of affidavit of DSP, Sub Division, Mansa, filed by the State counsel, be taken on record. Report from the trial Court has also been received, in terms of which the prosecution has since closed its evidence.

In that way, the trial is likely to be concluded in near future. Therefore, no ground is there to accept the third petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, during pendency of the trial. Even otherwise, nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner in the Court today.

The petition stands dismissed accordingly.
