(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although pursuant to order dated 16.9.2020 (Annexure P-9) passed in CWP No.14187-2020, the petitioner moved a representation dated 17.9.2020 (Annexure P-10) but the same has not been decided till date despite the fact that it was directed that the respondent would consider and dispose of the same within two weeks of filing of such representation. A copy of this order be conveyed to the aforesaid respondent, who has somehow been shown as respondent No.3 in the array of parties immediately.

At this stage Mr. R.S.Budhwar, Addl. AG, Haryana to whom an advance copy of the appeal had already been furnished, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State.
