Another prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No.4 not to misuse the blank signed paper forcibly procured by him from the petitioner. CRM-M-37398 of 2021 (O&M) {2} By referring to plaint (Annexure P-3), counsel for the petitioner submits that a civil suit regarding the disputed residential property is pending between the parties. However, without waiting for its decision, Sham Kaur and others (who are defendants in the civil suit) by using police machinery have forcibly coerced the petitioner to sign blank papers, which they may use in implicating the petitioner in some false criminal case. He submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation (Annexure P-2) to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana-respondent No.2, which is not being attended to.

Heard.

Without examining the allegations' levelled in the petition or in the representation, Annexure P-2, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to examine the aforesaid representation and to take suitable steps thereafter, as warranted in accordance with law. A copy of this order alongwith copy of representation, Annexure P-2, be sent to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, respondent No.2 to enable him to do the needful expeditiously.
