)/ . This writ petition has been filed inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No. 1 and 2 to restore and hand over the physical possession of the secured asset. 2.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that order dated 12.12.2025 (Annexure P-3) had been passed by the District Magistrate, Palwal under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short, 'SARFAESI Act') and physical possession of the secured asset was handed over to the petitioner - financial institution on 04.02.2026. He asserts that private respondents have forcibly taken back the possession on 13.02.2026. 3.
Advance copy of the petition has been served upon the official respondents.

Having heard counsel for parties and keeping in view the provisions of SARFAESI Act, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to competent authority to re-deliver the possession of secured asset to the petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of communication of the copy of this order, unless there is any legal impediment in doing so. 6.
Liberty is granted to the State to take appropriate criminal action against the private respondents in case they have been found to be violators.
