(ORAL) In the present case, the grievance of the petitioner is that in pursuance of the order dated 17.05.2016, by which benefit of 2nd ACP given to the petitioner on 04.03.2014 was withdrawn, the recovery is being done from his pensionary benefits.

Counsel for the respondents-State, on instructions from Dr.Suraj Mal, Sub-Divisional Officer, Animal Husbandry, Haryana, states that no recovery is being ordered from the pensionary benefits of the petitioner on the withdrawal of benefit of 2nd ACP as done vide order dated 17.05.2016. She further states that only the refixation has been done and no recovery will be effected and in the future also no recovery will be effected on the basis of the said refixation. Counsel for the petitioner states that in view the statement made on behalf of the respondents-State, there is no grievance left to be redressed in the present writ petition and the same may be disposed of, as not pressed.

Disposed of, as not pressed.
