The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing respondents No.1 to 5 to take remedial action on the complaint/representation dated 31.05.2024 (Annexure P-5) submitted by the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition at this stage so as to pursue his representation dated 31.05.2024 (Annexure P-5) with the concerned Authorities with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition, if need arises.

In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with the liberty aforesaid. 4.
