Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.72, dated 07.04.2024, under Sections 323, 324, 326, 452, 34 IPC (Section 307 IPC now deleted vide DDR No.32, dated 16.06.2024, Annexure P-2), registered at Police Station Model Town, District Hoshiarpur, Punjab. 2.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court.

Allowed as prayed for. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within ten days from today and applies for regular bail, learned trial Court is directed to decide the same expeditiously.
