AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Grievance of petitioner in present case is that he has been awarded less marks in assessment score in the selection process for the post of Assistant Professor (Pharmaceutical Science) under category no.10. This Court cannot play the role of expert for assessing the score. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach respondent no.1 or any other competent authority for redressal of grievance and in case, petitioner approaches, decision be taken within a period of two months failing which entails into imposition of costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioner.
