At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that there could be possibly a conflict of interest qua petitioners No. 1 & 2 on one side and petitioners No. 3 & 4 on the other side. 2.

In light of the above, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one on behalf of petitioners No. 1 & 2 as it is his positive case that petitioners No. 1 & 2 have no role to play in the manufacturing of insecticide in question.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty aforesaid.
