Petitioner places reliance on judgment reported as Parveen vs. State of Haryana & ors. 2016(2) RCR (Crl.) 688. Learned State counsel seeks to place on record rely by way of affidavit of Dr. Sanjay Singh, Superintendent, District Jail, Kurukshetra. Prayer is accepted. Reply is taken on record. He submits that plea of the petitioner for release on parole shall be considered afresh in light of aforesaid judgment.
