Petitioner, an ETT Teacher who was transferred from Govt.Primary School,Pakhi Kalan,Distt.Faridkot to Govt.Primary School,Wara Bhai Ka,Block Jaito District Faridkot is seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing the impugned transfer order P-9. It is alleged that he has been transferred on the basis of a complaint made by one Jaswinder Kaur,ETT Teacher without affording any opportunity of hearing.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, no ground for interference is made out.

A perusal of impugned transfer order P-9 reveals that petitioner Harpreet Singh and one Jaswinder Kaur,ETT Teacher both working in GPS Pakhi Kalan had given complaints against each other. On receipt of their respective complaints they were afforded opportunity of personal hearing and it is thereafter that both of them were transferred from the said school to different schools vide order dated 7.5.2018 passed by the Director Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2018.05.16 16:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP 12407/2018 Education Department(A.E.)Punjab on administrative grounds. This Court, cannot go into the veracity of complaints made by petitioner and said Jaswinder Kaur against each other and keeping in view the larger interest of students the authorities have decided to transfer both of them to different schools. Such an administrative decision cannot be interfered with.

Dismissed.
