Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case DDR No.20 dated 15.12.2024, registered under Sections 109, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 and 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, 1985, at Police Station Meharban, District Ludhiana in FIR No.132 dated 11.12.2024, registered under Sections 109, 351(2), 3(5), 103, 61(2) of the BNS, 2023 and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, 1985, at Police Station Meharban, District Ludhiana. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 23.05.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned counsel for the complainant has opposed the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, interim order dated 23.05.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482

(2) B.N.S.S.
