Today, at the very outset, Mr. Harikrishen Singh Tuli, who is present in person and has been pursuing the cases on behalf of the respondent - M/s H.S. Tuli & Sons Builders (P) Ltd., submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant review application so as to pursue with his execution application in accordance with law.

The operative part of order dated 7.2.2019 passed in CR-14395-2018, which is sought to be reviewed, is reproduced herein-under: "27.

However, it is made clear that subject to the above finding, M/s H.S. Tuli & Sons Builders Pvt. Ltd. (decree holder) shall Pankaj Kakkar 2025.08.04 13:56 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh

Since specific liberty had already been granted to the respondent - M/s H.S. Tuli & Sons Builders (P) Ltd. to pursue the execution proceedings before the Executing Court, it is reiterated that the respondent - M/s H.S. Tuli & Sons Builders (P) Ltd. would be at liberty to pursue the execution proceedings in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the instant review application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 5.
