This is a petition filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 175 dated 12.05.2025 under Section 15B/61/85 of NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Sadar Sirsa, District Sirsa.

This Court, vide order dated 22.05.2025, had directed the petitioner to join the investigation before the Investigating Officer. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 22.05.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined and cooperated with the investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI-Sandeep, Police Station Sadar Sirsa states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the petition

CRM-M-28362-2025 is allowed and the interim order dated 22.05.2025 is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
