Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 8BNSS9) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.42 dated 3.5.2024 under Sections 302, 34 and 201 of the IPC, registered at Police Station City Dhuri, District Sangrur.

Faced with the situation that the entire prosecution evidence stands recorded, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage.
