CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL Present:- Mr. Inderjit Singh, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. Rajbir Singh, AAG, Haryana.
AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Short prayer in the present writ petition is that in pursuance to registration of FIR bearing No.134 dated 13.07.2016 under Sections 279, 336 IPC 13(2) of Haryana Gau Vansh Sarankshan Sanvardhan Act, 2015 registered at P.S.Chhappar (Yamuna Nagar), a vehicle of the petitioner, i.e., tractor-trolly bearing registration No. HR-02V-4306 under the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section 17, was confiscated.
It is conceded position on record that investigation is over and challan has been presented. Since the trial would take its own time, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.3- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Jagadhri to allow the application of the petitioner for release of the vehicle within a period of 15 days from the receipt of certified copy of this order subject to all the conditions which he deems appropriate to impose upon him. Writ petition stands allowed.
