Claim in writ petition is for quashing of suspension order dated 15.01.2018 (Annexure P-57) and charge sheet dated 24.02.2019 (Annexure P-60 colly).

As per reply filed by respondents in court today, on the basis of enquiry, petitioner has already been indicted and terminated from service. In view of aforementioned facts and circumstances, cause of action in writ petition is no longer survives. The writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
