Present writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is against the impugned order dated 20.02.2018 (Annexure P1), whereby the application under Section 2(b) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, filed by the petitioner for release of 75% of wages as interim measure, was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner would be satisfied if some suitable directions are issued to the learned Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Gurugram (hereinafter referred to as "learned Tribunal") to dispose of the reference within a stipulated period as the petitioner is suffering from great hardships on account of non-payment of wages and reinstatement into service.

In view of above, present petition stands disposed of with the directions to the learned Tribunal, where the matter is pending, to decide the Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2018.07.18 13:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
