RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to the official respondents to enquire about the grave and heinous offence committed with the petitioner in a fair and proper manner or for entrusting the investigation of the case FIR No.111, dated 28.05.2022, under Sections 376, 323, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station City Moga, District Moga to some independent investigating Agency like the Crime Branch or CBI.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation/complaint, dated 22.06.2022, Annexure P-3, is decided in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.
