AARADHNA SAWHNEY , J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS is for issuance of appropriate direction to respondent No.2 for transferring investigation of case FIR No.315 dated 06.10.2023 under Sections 419,420,120-B IPC registered at P.S City Rajpura, District Patiala from respondent No.5 to respondent No.4.

Case has been called up but no one has turned up for the petitioner. For the 3rd time in succession, no one has been putting in appearance for the petitioner. It appears that the purpose of filing the petition has since been achieved and the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the same. Dismissed for want of prosecution.
