Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the order dated 24.01.2020 (P-4) being illegal, arbitrary, irrational, unconstitutional, discriminatory, provisions of Right to Information Act, 2005.

Reply dated 16.08.2022 filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 & 4 is taken on record. A copy thereof be supplied to the opposite side. Registry will tag the reply at appropriate place. Leaned Sate Counsel has produced a communication dated 12.08.2022, addressing to petitioner by the Office of Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Charkhi Dadari, whereby the information sought by petitioner has been supplied. The aforesaid communication is taken on record as Mark-'X'.
