**** SANJAY VASHISTH, J. (Oral) Instant petition was filed by petitioner - Bhim Singh, for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus, for getting released his daughter - Gagandeep Kaur, then aged more than 16 years, who was allegedly detained illegally by respondents No.4 to 7.

On February 09, 2023, following order was passed:- "On 17.10.2022, following order was passed in the main case:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per his information, the daughter of the petitioner has filed a protection petition in the High Court and he prays for time to apprise this Court qua the same.

On his request, adjourned to 14.11.2022."

Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 10.02.2023. Let the petitioner's counsel be informed telephonically by the Registry about the listing of main case tomorrow.

It is, however, made clear that in case no one appears tomorrow also, petition would be disposed of, in accordance of law." Today, on the very outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
