The petitioner seeks an order directing the official respondents i.e. respondents No.1 to 3 to undertake and complete the works relating to the widening of a 60 meter road as well as a 30 meter wide road which are to provide access to a plot that he has purchased from respondent No.4, the builder. 2.

The petitioner has not even enquired of the official respondents regarding the status of this work. He has merely relied upon the correspondence between himself and the builder. The builder has in fact informed the petitioner that there are certain petitions pending in this Court. On an enquiry from the Court, the learned counsel mentions that the interim orders passed in those writ petitions would affect the further road construction. 3.

In the circumstances, we see no reason to entertain this petition at this stage.
