The matter has been called twice since morning. However, none has put in appearance on behalf of the parties. Vide order dated 29.11.2023 the parties were directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court to explore the chances of a compromise. 2.

As per the report of the Mediator, the matter stands compromised between the parties and the same has been reduced into a written settlement dated 22.12.2023.

As per the E-Courts website of District Courts, Jalandhar the main petition for divorce also stands dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
