The petitioner's grievance is that the application for associate status with the University has been pending since April, 2014 and no decision has been taken. There shall be a direction to the University to consider the petitioner's application for associate status after he is reported to have made good the deficiencies pointed out after the first inspection. The deficiencies said to have been removed as pointed out under Annexures P-6 and P-7 may be reappraised and appropriate decision taken and informed to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2.
