(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking a mandamus for issuing of an appointment letter to the post of Accountant Grade-I, pursuant to her being placed first in the merit list in the category of Scheduled Castes (Others). At the time of resumed hearing, counsel for the petitioner states that the instant petition has become infructuous, the petitioner having been issued appointment letter.

In view of above, the instant writ petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
