Prayer in the present petition is for removing the anomalies in the pay scale of the allegedly higher pay of Mandi Supervisor and Auction Recorders. However, the statutory scheme under which these posts are covered have not been referred to or pleaded. Accordingly,learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the petition so as to file a fresh one with complete and better particulars.
