1. Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.466 dated 10.10.2021, under Sections 34, 408 of the IPC (earlier registered under Sections 34, 381 of the IPC), registered at P.S. Tosham, District Bhiwani.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, since petitioner's co-accused- Parveen Kumar and Sandeep Kumar have already been granted the concession of anticipatory bail by this Court, as is evident from Annexure P-5, wherein becomes embodied the order dated

 30.05.2024, drawn upon CRM-M-28514-2024, therefore, the petitioner, who is on a co-equal pedestal as his coaccused (supra), also deserves an alike relief of anticipatory bail.

3. Notice of motion for 28.08.2024.

4. Mr. Rajesh Gaur, Addl. A.G., Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State of Haryana.

5. In the meantime, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation and to appear before the investigating agency, as and when called upon to do so. In the event of his arrest, he shall be admitted to interim bail on his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer. The petitioner shall abide by the terms and conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.5
