The petitioners have approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking quashing of order dated 26.03.2014 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh whereby OA No. 570/CH/2012 filed by respondent No. 1 was allowed and directions have been issued to consider the case of respondent No. 1 for promotion as Group Instructor as per Punjab Industrial Training (Group B) Technical Service Rules, 2006. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present writ petition. Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 has no objection for the same. 3.
