On the asking of court, Mr. Rohit Arya, Asst. A.G. Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of official respondents. Grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is that elections to the Society have not been held despite mandate contained in the Act. Learned State counsel at the outset submits that process to elect President and Vice President of the Society has been initiated and election shall be held on 08.08.2017.
