Learned counsel for the respondent on instructions from Ved Parkash, Clerk, HPSC has informed that the final result for the post of Assistant Professor has been declared. The petitioner has secured 45.65 marks and the last candidate has secured 52.44 marks.

In view of the statement made above, the present petition stands dismissed.
