(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for setting aside the order dated 16.12.2017 (Annexure P-5), passed by respondent No.2. Further, a writ of Mandamus has been sought for directing respondent No.1 not to take the possession of the agricultural land of the petitioner and settle the One Time Settlement (OTS) of the loan account of the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has instructions to withdraw the present writ petition.
