This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 35, dated 24th May, 2021 under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Pyschotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Morinda, District Rupnagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Court concerned.
