(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed with the averments that the petitioner has undertaken and completed various works. In spite of completion of work, payment has not been made till date. It is pleaded by the petitioner that he has already submitted a legal notice dated 02.08.2015 (Annexure P-2), but no decision has been taken thereupon so far.

In view of the above, this Court deems it fit that this petition can be disposed of at this stage without expressing any views on the merits of the case. Keeping in view the peculiar facts of this case, respondent No.4 is directed to decide the legal notice dated 02.08.2015 (Annexure P-2) after examining the issue in accordance with law, within RAVINDER SINGH 2015.09.08 10:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
