G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Counsel has referred to the Regulations issued by the All India Council for Technical Education to contend that benefit of past service is to be granted. However, in the writ petition, there is no mention of the said Regulations.
In such circumstances, counsel does not press the present writ petition and wishes to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with reference to the necessary Regulations, on the basis of which, the relief of past service rendered with the Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana can be claimed. Ordered accordingly.
