The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for directing respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to complete the inquiry into the complaint dated 27.05.2014 (Annexure P-4) against respondent No. 4 and to take appropriate action against respondent No. 4.

Learned counsel would submit that the petitioner had filed a complaint against respondent No. 4 & F.I.R has also been registered against her but despite that, she had been released her retiral benefits, but to the petitioner has not been granted, for no fault of hers. 3.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Dharminder Gautam, Jr. Assistant submits that the retiral benefits of the petitioner will be paid to her, within a period of four weeks.
