Instant petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.10 dated 15.02.2020 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Taragarh, District Pathankot on the basis of the compromise dated 05.10.2020 (Annexure P-2) alongwith all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
