(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the order dated 14.05.2025 (Annexure P-9) passed by respondent No.2 - Divisional Commissioner, Rohtak vide which application for interim/stay granted to the petitioner was declined. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this matter has been rendered infructuous and he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
