*** Harsimran Singh Sethi, J. (Oral) The present civil revision petition has been filed for setting aside order dated 10.09.2020 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patiala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the said order is only an interim order and the petitioner had already filed an application for the vacation of the same and for hearing of the application for vacation of stay at an early actual date, in which, the notice has been issued for 10.11.2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein, who is respondent in the civil suit, has already entered into an agreement with regard to the said property and as per the agreement itself the required action for executing the sale deed is to be taken by 30.11.2020. That being so, in case, the petitioner has any urgency, he is at liberty to move an appropriate application before the trial Court for hearing NARESH KUMAR 2020.10.15 18:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
