IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB & HARYANA

AT CHANDIGARH C.W.P No. 18827 of 2015 Date of decision : 25.01.2016 Renu Sharma ....Petitioner versus State of Haryana and others ..Respondents

CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE RITU BAHRI

Present:

Mr. R.K. Malik, Sr. Advocate with Mr. Vijay Dahiya, Advocate for the petitioner.

Mr. Gaurav Goel, AAG, Haryana Mr. Amit Khattar, Advocate, for respondent No. 3 Mr. Jagbir Malik, Advocate, for respondent No. 4 **** RITU BAHRI , J.

At the very outset, learned counsel for respondent No. 3 has informed the Court that the present petition has become rendered infructuous, as the petitioner has been retired on 31.12.2015 and she was seeking to quash the order whereby the charge of Officiating Principal was not given to him, inspite of the fact that she was senior to most Lecturer.

Keeping in view the above fact, the present petition is dismissed as having become rendered infructuous. However, no financial benefit can be given to her even if writ petition is allowed as it was only officiating charge. 25.01.2016 (RITU BAHRI) G Arora JUDGE GAURAV ARORA 2016.01.28 10:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
