(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 13.06.2016 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.1 whereby application filed by respondent No.2 under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement Security Interest Act, 2002 has been allowed ex parte. Further prayer has been made for setting aside the order dated 16.08.2016 (Annexure P-7) passed by respondent No.1 whereby application filed by the petitioner and respondent No.4, seeking recall of the ex parte order dated 13.06.2016 (Annexure P-5), has been dismissed. 2.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to alternative remedies as available under law.
