**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 123 dated 12.4.2018, registered under Sections 392, 397 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Tauru, District Nuh.

Vide order dated 11.7.2019, the petitioner was granted interim bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 11.7.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kamal, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for any further investigation.
