***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks parole for a period of two months as his father is suffering from cancer and admitted in Government Medical College and Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that the matter shall be considered by respondent No.1 and appropriate decision shall be taken by the authority empowered under the Rules at the earliest, in any case, not later than one week.
