Faced with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy/remedies, if any/as may be available to the petitioner in accordance with law.

Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforementioned.
