(Oral) The challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution, is to the show cause notice dated 04.07.2016 (Annexure P-7) issued under the Punjab Schedule Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963, by respondent No.4. 2.

A perusal of the writ petition show that no reply has been filed by the petitioners to the aforesaid show cause notice. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed and comprehensive reply to the show cause notice dated 04.07.2016 (Annexure P-7). 3.
