This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to step-up the pay of the petitioners at par with their juniors, i.e., respondents no.6 and 7, from the date they are getting higher salary/pay with all consequential benefits. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case the respondents are directed to decide the pending legal notice dated 1.6.2016 (Annexure P-5) issued by the petitioners in a specified period. 3.
