The present petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 20.07.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kurukshtra whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 167(2) Cr.P.C. read with Section 36-A (4) of NDPS Act, 1985, for grant of default bail has wrongly been dismissed.

Learned counsel contends that the present petition has been rendered infructuous on the fact that the petitioner stands enlarged on bail. 3.
